Key Accountabilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Handle basic repairs and maintenance.
- Assist in repairing machinery, structures, and equipment as
necessary.
- Experience with commercial kitchen appliance repair.
- HVAC, basic knowledge.
- Shovel snow from walkways and spread ice melt as needed.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in grounds keeping.
- Other duties as assigned.
