build relationships with companies both within and outside the Greater Omaha
region to identify projects and manage the relationship from fist contact to
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Omaha. Coordinate marketing activities with the Chamber’s marketing team for
both digital and physical campaigns. Recruitment activities would include
both domestic and international/Foreign Direct Investment activities.
and manage the annual business retention and expansion (BRE) effort for the
Partnership, working with Chamber staff and our EDC Partners to achieve
stated goals. Communicate and articulate to regional businesses the value we
can add to their business and identify opportunities to provide assistance.
the Regional sales process from initial contact, to RFI response and delivery,
appropriate follow up, community and site visits, and closing of the deal. Anticipate
the needs of the client and provide information in a timely and easily
understood format. Manage multiple
projects at one time.
and record all activity in CRM in a real-time basis following established
as staff lead for selected Targeted Advisory Groups (TAGs) which advise the
Partnership on message and marketing for targeted business sectors. Serve as staff lead for the Manufacturing Council
for the Chamber. Provide support and participate in other TAGs/Councils of
the Partnership as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
